p strong Conveyancing Fee Earner Paralegal /strong /p p strong Stanmore | £40,000–£50,000 /strong /p p br /p p We’re working with a law firm in Stanmore looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its team. /p p br /p p You don’t need to be a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer. The firm is interested in your practical experience, ability to manage your own caseload and commitment to providing a personal, responsive service to clients. /p p br /p p strong The opportunity /strong /p p br /p p You’ll manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion, taking ownership of your files and keeping clients informed throughout the process. /p p br /p p Your responsibilities will include: /p p br /p ul li Handling a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. /li li Reviewing contracts, title documents and searches. /li li Raising and responding to enquiries and preparing reports for clients. /li li Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other parties to progress transactions. /li li Managing exchange and completion arrangements. /li li Ensuring post-completion requirements, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications, are dealt with. /li li Maintaining accurate, compliant files and working towards agreed billing targets. /li /ul p br /p p strong What we’re looking for /strong /p p br /p ul li Residential conveyancing experience with the ability to manage your own caseload. /li li A strong understanding of the process from instruction to post-completion. /li li Confidence communicating with clients and resolving issues as they arise. /li li Good organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing deadlines. /li li Someone based locally to Stanmore, with a straightforward commute to the office. /li /ul p br /p p strong If you can confidently run conveyancing files and want a role where that experience counts, we’d like to hear from you.
