This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful and growing Commercial Property team, acting for a diverse client base that includes developers, investors, landlords, tenants, corporate occupiers and high-net-worth individuals.

The Role You will be responsible for managing a varied and high-value caseload of commercial property matters, including: Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
Landlord and tenant transactions, including the negotiation of leases, licences and renewals.
Property investment and portfolio management.
Commercial development and site acquisitions.
Real estate finance transactions.
Asset management matters.
Supporting corporate transactions involving commercial property.
Advising clients on all aspects of commercial real estate with a practical and commercial approach.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and support staff.
