In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver high-quality legal secretarial support to fee earners in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Prepare, collate and organise case bundles for medical experts, counsel, the Courts and other third parties.
- Manage complex diary schedules and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure fee earners are fully prepared for meetings and commitments.
- Oversee matter setup and ensure compliance with internal risk and regulatory procedures.
- Draft, amend, and maintain precedent letters and house-style documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders on behalf of fee earners, ensuring clarity and consistency.
What we’re looking for:
- A proven track record of providing high-quality administration/secretarial support within a legal/medical/professional services environment.
- Previous experience with Personal Injury and/or Medical Negligence is highly desirable but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems (e.g. BundleDocs/MedBrief or similar).
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to deal with highly confidential information with tact and sensitivity.
- Superb attention to detail and accuracy (verbal, written, and numerical).
- The desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and friendly team.
