We are looking to bring a junior/graduate applicant to grow their career with in recruitment, business development and candidate management.

The Recruitment Coordinator supports Enable Resourcing's client relationship, business development and operational activities across the construction, civils, rail, utilities and infrastructure sectors.

The role will assist with client engagement, lead generation, CRM management and business development activity, while also supporting training, compliance, timesheet and payroll administration.

This is a junior development role designed to build strong knowledge of the business and provide a pathway into a future client relationship or business development positions.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support client engagement and business development activity across existing and prospective clients.
  • Assist with client meetings, events, hospitality and networking activities.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, client information and follow-up actions.
  • Support lead generation, target-client research and the tracking of business opportunities.
  • Suggest practical improvements to client engagement and operational processes.
  • Coordinate training bookings, medicals, competency renewals and workforce compliance records.
  • Support candidate onboarding, Right to Work checks and maintenance of personnel records.
  • Process weekly timesheets and provide accurate information for payroll.
  • Support routine reporting and ensure records are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with clients, workers, training providers and payroll contacts as required.
  • Support the compliant onboarding and mobilisation of workers.
  • Maintain accurate training and competence records and promote Enable’s safety-first culture.

Experience

  • Some experience in customer service, sales support, administration, compliance or a client-facing environment is desirable.
  • Experience using databases, CRM systems or Microsoft Office is desirable.

Qualifications/Skills

  • A-Level, degree or equivalent qualification. Graduate applicants are welcome.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
  • Confident using systems and maintaining accurate records.
