We are seeking experienced Site Supervisors to support the delivery of highways and general civils projects across Scotland, operating within a Tier 1 environment.
Requirements- Strong civils / highways background
- Experience supervising gangs and subcontractors
- Confident working behind Traffic Management
- NRSWA Supervisor ticket – highly desirable
- Strong safety leadership and communication skills
- Day-to-day supervision of site activities
- Coordination of operatives and plant
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and quality standards
- Liaison with site management and delivery teams
- Supporting smooth mobilisation and ongoing delivery
- Long-term pipeline of works
