Enable Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Surfacing Supervisor to join a growing civil engineering and highways contractor delivering surfacing, highways and infrastructure projects across the UK. Responsibilities
- Supervising surfacing gangs and daily site activities
- Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with RAMS
- Coordinating labour, plant and materials
- Maintaining quality standards and programme delivery
- Liaising with Site Agents and Contracts Managers
- Promoting a positive health & safety culture
Requirements
- Previous experience supervising surfacing or highways gangs
- Strong understanding of road surfacing and asphalt operations
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
- CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
