- Carry out accurate setting out for groundworks, drainage, foundations, roads and associated infrastructure
- Manage and maintain site QA documentation, including pre-pour and post-pour checks
- Produce and maintain as-built surveys and records
- Check drawings, resolve discrepancies and raise RFIs / technical queries as required
- Coordinate with Site Managers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are delivered to specification and programme
- Ensure works comply with project specifications, drawings and health & safety standards
- Maintain records for inspections, testing and handover documentation
Proven experience working as a Site Engineer on civil engineering or construction projects - Competent in both setting out and QA responsibilities
- Experience using Leica or equivalent total station equipment
- Strong understanding of drawings, specifications and construction methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage engineering duties on site
- CSCS card required
- Own equipment advantageous and reflected in rate
