Enable Resourcing is recruiting for a Site Engineer – Major Civils to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering complex infrastructure works across Central London.
This role will involve a combination of site and office-based responsibilities, supporting the successful delivery of major civils packages across high-profile projects.
You will play a key role in ensuring works are set out accurately, delivered safely and executed in accordance with design and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting out and surveying works on site
- Reviewing drawings and specifications
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with design requirements
- Supporting technical problem solving on site
- Monitoring progress and quality standards
- Maintaining site records and documentation
- Completing as-built surveys and drawings
- Supporting inspections and testing regimes
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
- Assisting with temporary works coordination
- Supporting materials scheduling and subcontractor coordination
- Contributing to technical reporting and programme delivery
- You will work closely with Project Managers, Senior Engineers and Site Teams to ensure safe, efficient and structured project delivery.
About You
- Experience working as a Site Engineer within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong setting out and surveying capability
- Good understanding of civil engineering construction methods
- Ability to work within a fast-paced London project environment
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS card
You will be technically confident, organised and capable of supporting delivery across complex civils packages.
