We are looking for staff members who share ENABLE Glasgow’s values in promoting the rights of individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. Our frontline support workers are incredible, caring and talented individuals whose skills are invaluable to supporting the well-being of some of the most vulnerable people in our society. Your role will be to assist individuals with their health and wellbeing needs and to take an active role in maintaining the safety and security of the home environment. This will include participating in tasks that are supportive to the needs of the service and which assist service users in relation to keeping their home comfortable and running smoothly. Experience in residential support work is preferred. The successful applicant should also hold or be willing to work towards an SVQ Level 3 Qualification.

Please note that our night shift roles are 24 hours per week. ENABLE Glasgow strives to apply equal opportunities and diversities principles to all aspects of its work. All successful candidates are required to join the PVG Scheme (or to have their membership updated).
