As an Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer, the successful candidate will act as a key link between Lovell and residents affected by housing improvement and regeneration projects. The role focuses on ensuring residents are well‑informed, supported, and satisfied throughout the process. Responsibilities include:

  • Arranging appointments and home visits
  • Assisting with resident inductions
  • Providing support before, during, and after works take place

The apprentice will also help maintain resident records using company systems, prepare communications and project documentation, attend community events and meetings, and assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints.
