Enable Futures, a multi-award-winning Apprenticeship Agency are partnering with Huber Parking to look for a Level 4 Apprentice Construction Site Supervisor to join their busy team. Working on the Calderdale Royal Hospital site, you will learn everything to get you through your nationally recognised Qualification.
Job Duties
- Supervision of specialist contractors
- The control of health and safety standards on construction projects
- Recording, control and reporting of progress on a construction project
- The minimisation of the environmental impact of construction projects
- Control of quality of works on a construction project
- Assisting commercial staff with the monitoring of costs on a construction project
- Personnel management, engagement and coordination
Skills Required
- Demonstrate a knowledge and interest in construction and allied trades
- Have a desire to lead a team within the construction industry
- Have a keen and enthusiastic manner
- Have a good attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Have an understanding of Health & Safety
- Have effective communication skills both verbal and written
Qualifications Required
- 5 GCSE\’s Grade 5-9 including Maths, English and Science
- Level 3 Construction and the Built Environment and/or A-Level Maths
Qualification Information
The successful applicant will work towards a Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor Qualification, which will take 24 months plus 6 month EPA (End Point Assessment) and will be delivered by Leeds College of Building on a Day Release basis.

Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30
