Location: Agile Working - This role is classified as an agile worker and time is likely to be spent working in the office, with the opportunity for flexible working from home. This will be agreed on the needs of the business.

Working Hours: 25 hours per week

Summary: Enable Futures, an award-winning Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Service, delivers and supports apprenticeship opportunities primarily in the Construction and Built Environment industry. We are looking to recruit an individual who can facilitate and coordinate new business opportunities.

You will be engaging directly with businesses, working closely with the Operations Manager and/or Director of Operations sourcing new Apprenticeship opportunities. This role is to maximise impact across Yorkshire and the Humber.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • To develop new business leads for Enable Futures CIC across Yorkshire and the Humber.
  • To actively promote candidates from the talent pool to local employers with the aim to secure an Apprenticeship with Enable Futures CIC.
  • To work with the Management Team to follow up on positive leads and refer interested businesses to the team for development.
  • To assist in maintaining and building a database of business leads for follow-up.
  • To provide feedback from employer conversations and act as a first point of contact for new business employers contacting us via phone or email.
  • To support businesses in making informed choices regarding apprenticeships that maximise the opportunities for their business and for Enable Futures.
  • To ensure the accurate recording of data, information, and notes are maintained in a timely manner across all Enable Futures systems.
  • To use resource tools and databases to identify new upcoming and current projects.
  • To be involved with the promotion of Enable Futures CIC work across marketing channels and engage with a variety of business groups and networking opportunities to support business engagement.
  • To support the delivery of all aspects of the Enable Futures service at all times to ensure an even distribution of work. This could include being asked to carry out tasks required that are not covered elsewhere in this job description.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable ability to create accurate reports using databases and CRM systems.
  • Excellent understanding and ability to use IT software including database and CRM systems and Microsoft package (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Friendly and outgoing manner.
  • Good team player.
  • Thorough with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong rapport quickly with potential customers.
  • An understanding of the Skills and Apprenticeships landscape (Desirable).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident using telephone and email.
  • Confident in face-to-face engagement.
  • Full Driving license.

Company pension, 25 days annual leave increasing to 28 after 3 years and 30 after 5 years.
