About the Employer

We work with hosts in Yorkshire and the North East to provide apprentices in the construction and civil engineering industry.

What You'll Do

You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced office environment, providing general administrative support to the regional business unit. In this role, you will contribute to team objectives while taking ownership of your own professional development and delivering a high standard of administrative support.

You will undertake the following:

  • Accurately input data into Lovell systems, processing and retrieving information as required
  • Check Board reports for obvious errors (e.g. inconsistent or mixed fonts), then print and bind reports to a professional standard
  • Arrange and maintain an organised filing system and accurate records of business activities
  • Produce and distribute meeting minutes, reports, spreadsheets and emails, and maintain filing systems, including uploading relevant documents to Lovell systems
  • Co-ordinate bookings for meetings, travel and accommodation through the Lovell Travel Desk, liaising with external providers for facilities and catering where required
  • Develop bid co-ordination skills by supporting the Head of Partnerships in compiling and submitting tender documentation and presentation materials
  • Co-ordinate and process stationery orders for the region
  • Organise staff briefings and events throughout the year
  • Undertake Fire Marshal duties for the office and complete routine fire safety audit checks
  • Develop the skills required to provide administrative support to individual managers as needed
  • Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to support the effective day-to-day management of office facilities
  • Promote and demonstrate the Lovell Way in all aspects of your work
