The Role: As a Domiciliary Care Assistant with ENA Care Group's Hourly service, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Based in Hertfordshire, you will visit clients in their own homes to provide essential personal care, support with household tasks, medication administration, and companionship.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting clients with mobility and transferring
- Administering medication as prescribed
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
- Performing light housekeeping duties
- Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Accurately recording care notes and documentation
Previous experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care. You must have a full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle to travel between client visits.
