At ENA Care Group, our values are at the heart of everything we do. Founded on a deeply personal experience, we are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care that enables individuals to remain in their own homes with dignity and independence.

Our Core Values

  • Compassion & Family-Centred Care – We treat every client like family, ensuring they receive the same level of care and attention we would want for our own loved ones.
  • Dignity & Respect – We believe everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and dignity, regardless of their level of need.
  • Commitment to Quality – We provide highly trained carers who deliver exceptional, person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs.
  • Empowerment & Independence – Our goal is to help individuals maintain control over their lives, offering care that supports their independence rather than limiting it.
  • Reliability & Trust – We understand the importance of consistency and trust in care, ensuring that clients and their families feel supported at all times.
  • Innovation & Problem-Solving – We continuously seek better ways to provide care, adapting to challenges and finding solutions to meet the needs of those we support.

The Role

You will lead and support a dedicated team of carers, ensuring they feel trained, motivated, and inspired to deliver outstanding live-in care every day. As a strong advocate for high-quality, person-centred care and the ENA values, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of the business by starting new care packages, establishing effective routines, and laying the foundations for robust, individualised care plans.

This is a challenging, rewarding, and genuinely exciting role for an experienced Care Manager who wants to make a real and lasting difference to the lives of clients, while shaping high-quality services and influencing positive outcomes.

As part of a close-knit care team, you will be a collaborative team player and participate in an on-call rota, helping to ensure continuity, consistency, and responsive support for the clients we serve.

Skills, Experience & Attributes

You will bring a minimum of two years’ experience as a Care Manager, enabling you to confidently hit the ground running and take ownership of your role from day one and after your induction.

You will enjoy problem-solving, demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and show tenacity and passion for delivering high-quality care. A strong understanding of CQC compliance is essential.

You will be an excellent communicator with strong people-management skills, able to build positive relationships with carers, clients, families, and external professionals.

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned caseload while supporting and covering colleagues’ caseloads to ensure all clients receive an outstanding service
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely records alongside effective case management and auditing activities
  • Oversee and support the delivery of high-quality care services for designated clients, care staff, and teams within ENA
  • Act as an ambassador for ENA, championing person-centred care through the development and regular review of exceptional care plans that reflect clients’ wishes, independence, and choices
  • Share your knowledge and encourage professional reflection within the team to drive continuous improvement
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and performance management to ensure care staff contribute effectively to the smooth running of the business
  • Build strong relationships with external professionals and multidisciplinary teams, communicating confidently with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute positively to the social and team culture we have worked hard to establish, including participation in events and fundraising activities
  • Recognise and uphold your duty of care to clients, care staff, and colleagues by adhering to and promoting safeguarding policies and procedures
