The Role: We’re looking for an Inventory Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring complete alignment between our ERP system and physical stock held across multiple third-party warehouses in the UK and EU. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role that supports operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and reliable financial reporting. You’ll work closely with logistics partners and internal teams including Supply Planning, Stock Control & Logistics, and Finance - and you’ll travel quarterly to warehouse sites to oversee cycle counts and audits.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inventory Accuracy & Reconciliation
- Maintain accurate stock records across the ERP and physical inventory
- Perform and oversee cycle counts and full stock counts
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues with 3PLs and internal teams
- Monitor inbound and outbound stock movements
- Act as the main operational contact for external warehouse partners
- Review and validate warehouse activity reports (receipts, dispatches, returns, adjustments)
- Ensure adherence to agreed inventory and data accuracy processes
- Conduct quarterly onsite visits across the UK and EU
- Oversee cycle counts and year-end physical audits
- Document findings, flag risks, and follow up on corrective actions
- Process adjustments, transfers, and corrections within the ERP
- Support improvements to inventory and data accuracy processes
- Support Supply Planning with accurate inbound postings
- Provide Finance with timely, accurate inventory data
- Produce inventory reports, KPIs, and maintain SOPs

What We’re Looking For:
- Essential
- Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse operations
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and stock transactions
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong Excel and data management capability
- Willingness to travel within the UK and EU on a quarterly basis
- Background in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or a product-based environment
- Experience with inventory and financial reconciliations
- Exposure to month-end inventory close processes
