    • Review and validate warehouse activity reports (receipts, dispatches, returns, adjustments)
    • Ensure adherence to agreed inventory and data accuracy processes
  • Onsite Audits & Warehouse Visits
    • Conduct quarterly onsite visits across the UK and EU
    • Oversee cycle counts and year-end physical audits
    • Document findings, flag risks, and follow up on corrective actions
  • ERP & Process Improvement

    • Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
    • Strong understanding of ERP systems and stock transactions
    • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
    • Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
    • Strong Excel and data management capability
    • Willingness to travel within the UK and EU on a quarterly basis
  • Desirable
    • Background in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or a product-based environment
    • Experience with inventory and financial reconciliations
    • Exposure to month-end inventory close processes
