En Route International is a global business operating as part of dnata, one of the world’s largest air services providers. With teams across the UK, USA, Australia and the UAE, we design and deliver premium baked goods, meals and snacks for the travel industry.
Accountabilities:
- Shape and deliver a modern skills‑based learning strategy aligned to business priorities.
- Design and deliver blended, practical and outcomes‑focused learning programmes including measurement of success.
- Act as a subject matter expert on culture, learning, leadership and organisational development, providing insight, challenge and evidence-based recommendations.
- Diagnose capability and organisational needs to strengthen areas including high performing team effectiveness and management & leadership.
- Oversee learning, systems and vendor partnerships.
- Partner on learning systems integration to create seamless learner experiences.
- Establish measurement frameworks tracking learning impact and ROI.
- Build strong, credible relationships with senior leaders and HR colleagues, acting as a trusted advisor on people and organisational effectiveness topics.
- Work through matrixed teams, HR colleagues and external partners to support effective implementation.
- Build strong internal and external networks to bring innovation and fresh perspectives.
- Use data insight and evidence‑based practice to influence decisions and drive impact.
