We’re Hiring: Head of Sales – UK & Ireland (ODM / White‑Label EV Charging)
EN+ is a fast‑growing global EV charging manufacturer supplying high‑quality ODM/white‑label AC & DC chargers to leading brands across 40+ countries. As we expand in the UK & Ireland, we’re looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead our ODM/white‑label growth with major energy retailers, EV manufacturers, and automotive OEMs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ODM/white‑label sales strategy for UK & Ireland
- Win high‑volume hardware programmes with energy retailers, EV manufacturers, and automotive OEMs & Tier‑1 suppliers
- Build senior‑level industry relationships
- Drive commercial negotiations and multi‑year supply agreements
- Partner with EN+ engineers (UK & Shenzhen HQ) on product requirements
- Build a strong pipeline and shape regional go‑to‑market plans
- Manage, grow, and expand key sales accounts to drive long‑term revenue
Qualifications
- 10+ years in senior sales/business development in EV charging, automotive, energy retail, hardware or related sectors
- Proven experience selling ODM/white‑label or customised hardware programmes
- Strong relationships in energy retail, automotive, or EV manufacturing (highly desirable)
- Strong technical understanding of AC/DC charging hardware
- Comfortable working with Asia‑based engineering/manufacturing teams
