The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Solution Manager to join our lean, high-impact UK/EU regional office in Sevenoaks, Kent. This is a senior, dual-purpose role designed for a technical expert who can bridge the gap between complex market demands and industrial-scale engineering. You will be the primary technical architect during the pre-sales phase and the lead project interface during the delivery lifecycle. You will ensure that our most ambitious projects—from V2G initiatives to flexible DC infrastructure—are delivered to exact specifications and timelines, allowing our customers to scale by solving users' pain points competitively.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Pre-Sales & Solution Architecture
- Expert-to-Expert Consultancy: Lead deep-dive technical discovery sessions with Tier-1 accounts, including major energy utilities, automotive OEMs, and electrical wholesalers. Gain a comprehensive understanding of our customers' strategic goals to design tailored high-impact solutions that effectively turn their strengths into market leadership.
- Solution Architecture: Translate complex client requirements into detailed technical specifications for ODM and specialized white-label projects.
- Tender Excellence: Act as the technical lead for RFP/RFQ responses, ensuring our hardware and software solutions are perfectly aligned with the customer's long-term energy strategy.
- Lead Project Interface: Serve as the central technical liaison between our European clients and the HQ R&D team in China, managing the flow of information across the entire project lifecycle.
- End-to-End Project Management: Own the delivery timeline, ensuring every milestone is achieved and deliverables are met according to the agreed-upon technical specifications.
- Specification Enforcement: Rigorously oversee technical specs and quality standards, ensuring all solutions meet not only regional compliance and industry protocols (e.g., ISO 15118, OCPP 2.1) but also unique customer needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain high-level technical engagement with the customer’s engineering teams independently of head-office support, resolving technical blockers to maintain project momentum.
What We’re Looking For
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; 5+ years of relevant experience is preferred. Experience should ideally be within the EVSE, Renewable Energy, or Power Electronics sectors.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of AC/DC charging infrastructure, V2G protocols, and OCPP.
- Execution Focus: A proven ability to manage complex, multi-month project lifecycles with a focus on timeline adherence and specification compliance.
- Mobility: Willingness and ability to undertake business travel around the EU/UK as well as to our headquarters in China.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage for coordinating with our global R&D headquarters.
Why Join EN Plus UK?
- High-Visibility Impact: Work in a highly agile UK regional office backed by the massive industrial power of a 450+ person global organization.

- Strategic Role: You aren’t just an order-taker; you are a technical architect with the authority to shape the product roadmap for the European market.
- Flexible Hybrid Working Mode: Balance your week with 3 days in our Sevenoaks office and 2 days working from home.
- Competitive Package: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with your expertise.
