We have an opportunity available for a Service Manager to join the team at Stockport Connect Hub based in Stockport, SK2 6RE.

Salary: £32,923.80 per annum

Hours: 35 weekly

Contract: 6 month secondment

Responsibilities

As the Service Manager, you'll have overall accountability for ensuring the service runs smoothly and safely, while your dedicated team provides the highest standard of care to our service users. You'll provide leadership and management for the team, always on the lookout for opportunities to help them grow and develop their skills.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or a willingness to work towards this, and have the experience of providing mental health support to people who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Our main priority for any new colleague is to find people who share similar values and attitudes to our own. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
