We have an opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker to join the team at Cedar House based in Lincolnshire, PE11 1QF. Salary: £13.12 per hour. Hours: Bank.

As a Support Worker, you will embody our core values and provide exceptional care and unwavering support to service users, particularly those with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviour that challenges. You will provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks. Your kind and compassionate heart will create an environment of warmth and care.
It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space, you will be supported with on-the-job training and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired.
