The Role
We are seeking a Professional Property Photographer who is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and skilled Floorplanner to join our growing team as area support. This hybrid role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys working independently, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives on creating outstanding property marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Photograph residential and commercial properties to a high professional standard
- Produce accurate and clear 2D floorplans
- Conduct EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) assessments in line with industry regulations
- Liaise with clients, agents, and homeowners in a friendly and professional manner
- Upload media and complete documentation for submission within strict deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience in property photography and the property marketing industry
- Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with current accreditation
- Experience creating floorplans
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital editing tools
- Knowledge of Matterport or other 360° tour systems
- Experience with video walkthroughs
