  • Translate complex blockchain mechanics into simple, trusted user experiences.
  • Lead user research and usability testing.
  • Propose and implement design improvements.
  • Create end-to-end flows: prototypes and production-ready UI.

  • Ensure accessibility, scalability and consistency across all user touchpoints.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Figma features and AI tools to speed up and optimize delivery.
  • Act as the design advocate in the team. Bring user perspective into every decision.

  • Expert in Figma, prototyping and design systems at scale.
  • Experience leading user testing, data-driven iterations and design validation.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design.
  • Independent and decisive: able to set priorities and own the design roadmap.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence at all levels.
  • Working hours: Able to align with European working hours (CET ±4 hours) with flexibility for occasional overlap with global team members.
