We are seeking a Product Designer to play a key role in shaping the user experience of our Web3 products. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, this role will own the design vision and execution across web and mobile platforms. The Product Designer will translate complex blockchain concepts into intuitive user journeys, drive user research and testing, and build scalable design systems in collaboration with product and engineering. This is a hands-on role for a designer who is both strategic and execution-focused, with a strong passion for creating seamless and trustworthy digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive the product design vision and execution across web and mobile.
- Translate complex blockchain mechanics into simple, trusted user experiences.
- Lead user research and usability testing.
- Propose and implement design improvements.
- Create end-to-end flows: prototypes and production-ready UI.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma: Auto Layout, variables, interactive component sets, libraries, and prototyping.
- Partner closely with product and engineering to prioritize and deliver features.
- Ensure accessibility, scalability and consistency across all user touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with the latest Figma features and AI tools to speed up and optimize delivery.
- Act as the design advocate in the team. Bring user perspective into every decision.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product design, including significant B2C experience in fintech or blockchain.
- Genuine interest in Web3 and enthusiasm for shaping user experiences in Cardano's ecosystem.
- Proven ability to ship cross-platform products with high adoption and user trust.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain UX: wallets, keys, transactions and security flows.
- Expert in Figma, prototyping and design systems at scale.
- Experience leading user testing, data-driven iterations and design validation.
- Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design.
- Independent and decisive: able to set priorities and own the design roadmap.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence at all levels.
Working hours: Able to align with European working hours (CET ±4 hours) with flexibility for occasional overlap with global team members. Fluent English.
