Senior Civil Engineer\\n\\nCentral London\\n\\nSalary: up to 60k \\n\\nHybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 from home\\n\\nThe business have 40 staff (mainly structures) and a very wide range of projects. Recent schemes include a re-development of a safari park, high end residential in London, a new KIA car showroom, a new M&S superstore, a new shopping centre in Hampshire and Heathrow Terminal 5. \\n\\nCurrently the Civil Engineering team is an Associate and an Engineer and they are looking for a Senior / Principal Civil Engineer as a number two in the team.

The plan over the next 3-4 years is to grow the civils team to 10 people so this person will have an opportunity to progress as they build from underneath.\\n\\nThe company are very social and do monthly and quarterly events as well as trips abroad previously. They do 3 days in the office and 2 from home with some flexibility to do more from home dependent on meetings etc. \\n\\nIdeally you will be able to:\\n\\nCarry out drainage design for development projects\\nGood knowledge of SUDS and Flood Risk Assessments\\nEstate road & car park design\\nAble to attend meeting with clients, local authorities and external stakeholders\\nAble to run a civils project with support if needed\\nPrior experience training junior staff would be useful \\nIn house they use CAD, Site 3D, Civil 3D, Microdrainage, Infodrainage so experience with some of this software is needed but not all as some companies do not use all of the aboveOn offer:\\n\\nSalary: 50k – 60k \\n25 days leave, rises to 30 days with service + birthday off\\nFlexible working hours\\nEnhanced paternal support\\nPension\\nAccredited ICE training scheme
