We are working with a large international engineering consultancy to recruit a Structural Engineer for their Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, multidisciplinary team delivering prestigious and technically challenging projects across the UK.
The Role: You will be involved in the design and delivery of projects from concept through to detailed design. Responsibilities include producing structural analysis and finite element models, detailed calculations, sketches, and technical specifications. You’ll work with a wide range of materials and advanced digital engineering tools across multiple sectors. As your experience develops, you will be supported toward Chartership and given increasing technical responsibility within project teams.
About You:
- MEng / BEng (or equivalent) in Structural Engineering
- 2–5 years’ experience in a structural engineering role in the UK
- Strong understanding of structural analysis and FEM
- Tekla Structures proficiency is essential
- Organised, collaborative, and commercially aware
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
