We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our leadership team in response to a growing and diverse project portfolio across sectors including automotive and motorsport, advanced manufacturing, airports, and defence. This role combines project leadership, client relationship management, and team development. You will provide technical oversight across civil design delivery while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring high standards of quality and process.
Responsibilities
- Lead major civil engineering projects with a client-focused approach
- Review and oversee civil design across multiple project types
- Manage project finances with strong commercial awareness
- Mentor and support the development of junior staff
- Contribute to bids, repeat work, and new opportunities
- Maintain quality and consistency in project delivery
About You
- Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience
- Chartered Engineer, or close to achieving status
- Proven experience managing people and projects
- Strong technical expertise in flood risk, drainage, highways, and earthworks
