Emtec Fire Systems, part of the Sauter Group, is a leading specialist in the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems across the UK. We’re growing and we’re looking for experienced Fire Sprinkler Maintenance Engineers to join our team, supporting a varied portfolio of clients across Scotland’s Central Belt. The Role
This is a hands‑on, field‑based role where you’ll play a key part in keeping systems compliant, reliable, and operating exactly as they should. You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload while delivering a high standard of service to our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on fire sprinkler systems across commercial, residential and domestic sites
- Diagnosing faults and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Ensuring all systems are maintained in line with industry standards and best practice
- Providing a professional and reliable service to clients on site
- Keeping accurate records of work completed and reporting any issues
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who knows their craft, takes ownership, and represents the business well on site. You’ll bring:
- Previous experience working as a Fire Sprinkler Engineer / Maintenance Engineer
- Experience across commercial, residential, and/or domestic sprinkler systems
- A good understanding of LPCB Technical Bulletin TB203
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
- A professional approach with excellent customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence
