We're looking for a reliable and skilled and reliable Sprinkler Fitter to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on performance driven role where you'll take ownership of your work, stay productive and deliver clean, consistent and high-quality installations with minimal supervision. If you take pride in doing things right first time, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing sprinkler systems, pipework, supports, heads, and valves, to a high standard
- Working accurately from drawings and instructions
- Ensuring all installations are level, aligned, leak-free, and meet required specs
- Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe
- Planning ahead and highlighting material shortages, clashes or delays early
- Checking and taking ownership of your own work
- Following RAMS, safety procedures and using PPE correctly
- Using tools and equipment safely and correctly
- Communicating clearly with Foremen, supervisors and the wider team to keep things moving
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience installing fire sprinkler systems
- Understanding of BS EN 12845 or BS 9251 standards
- Confidence reading technical drawings with a high attention to detail
- Skilled in pipefitting, threading, grooving and use of power tools
- A proactive, quality driven mindset, proud of first-time right work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication and a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Valid CSCS card
Bonus if you have
- Level 2 Fire Sprinkler Installation qualification
- LPS1048 Accreditation (Or working towards Fitter / trainee Status)
- IPAF, PASMA, Manual Handing and first aid qualifications.
