Emtec Building Services is strengthening its pre-construction team as new projects mobilise and our secured pipeline of work continues to grow across the region.
As part of this continued expansion, were looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join our team.
This is a key role where youll take ownership of mechanical estimating from early design and pre-construction through to tender submission.
Working closely with pre-construction, commercial and delivery teams, youll produce accurate, competitive cost estimates, engage with the supply chain, and support the successful conversion of opportunities into live projects, playing an important part in shaping our expanding presence in the area.
