We’re currently looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Uddingston Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and professional team in a role that’s all about creating great first impressions and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Offering a warm and professional welcome to all visitors
- Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Keeping our reception area tidy, organised, and presentable
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared
- Organising courier collections and deliveries
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as needed
