We’re currently looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Uddingston Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and professional team in a role that’s all about creating great first impressions and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Offering a warm and professional welcome to all visitors
• Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently
• Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
• Keeping our reception area tidy, organised, and presentable
• Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared
• Organising courier collections and deliveries
• Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role is ideal
• Friendly, approachable and confident communicator
• Professional and well-presented with excellent people skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• A flexible approach to support holiday and sickness cover

Our Benefits

Competitive Salary: £12.60 per hour (Real Living Wage)

Hours: 21.5 hours per week – Wednesday and Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm

Holidays: 33 days of holiday – Pro Rata (inclusive of public holidays) which increases with length of service
