As part of this continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager / Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Leeds. This is a great opportunity to join a growing regional business at an exciting time, taking on a visible role within our commercial team and working closely with experienced project and delivery teams across our portfolio.
Emtec Building Services North is a leading M&E contractor delivering end-to-end mechanical and electrical solutions across commercial, industrial and public sector projects. From early design and pre-construction through to installation, commissioning and ongoing support, we work in partnership with our clients to deliver high-quality building services solutions.
The Role
As Commercial Manager / Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial success of our projects across the region. You will work closely with our project and delivery teams, providing clear commercial and contractual guidance, supporting strong financial control and helping to ensure projects are delivered successfully. You will bring strong commercial judgement, a proactive approach and the confidence to manage risk, protect margins and keep projects commercially on track from start to finish.
