The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

You'll carry out inspections, audits and quality checks across renewable energy projects, ensuring materials, installations and workmanship meet project specifications, industry standards and company procedures. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors and clients, you'll identify issues early, support corrective actions and help drive a strong quality culture across projects. This role would be based in Bedfordshire for the first 6‑9 months and then be project based.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out site inspections, audits and QA/QC checks across live projects
  • Inspecting incoming materials including PV modules, inverters, cables and mounting systems
  • Verifying civil, mechanical and electrical installations meet required standards
  • Checking module installation, cable management, earthing and DC string wiring
  • Supporting commissioning activities and final project handovers
  • Maintaining quality documentation, inspection records and traceability
  • Producing defect reports and supporting corrective actions
  • Monitoring subcontractor workmanship and compliance
  • Supporting health & safety inspections and site compliance
  • Building strong relationships with clients and project teams
  • Working away for long periods of time

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within QA/QC, project quality, site compliance or project support
  • Previous experience carrying out site inspections and quality audits
  • Strong understanding of construction or engineering quality standards
  • Good knowledge of health & safety and compliance processes
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across live projects
  • Happy to travel to sites UK wide
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • CSCS Card
  • Health & Safety qualifications/certifications
  • Experience within renewable energy, solar PV or battery storage projects would be highly beneficial.
