Location: Uddingston. Emtec Building Services is strengthening its delivery leadership team as we mobilise new projects and build on a strong, secured pipeline of work across the region. We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join us at our head office in Uddingston.
The Role
As Electrical Project Manager, you won’t just be overseeing projects, you’ll be leading teams, building relationships, and shaping the future of our work. You’ll take ownership from start to finish, ensuring projects run safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards, while supporting the development of your teams and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading site teams and ensuring compliance with H&S, environmental and quality standards
- Managing budgets, reporting, and delivering projects on time and within scope
- Overseeing variations and tendering additional works when required
- Mentoring your team, driving performance, and encouraging growth
- Building strong client relationships that create repeat opportunities
- Offering technical support to clients and site teams throughout project delivery
What You’ll Bring
- Proven M&E project management experience with strong electrical expertise
- HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering or related discipline preferred
- Strong Commercial, design, financial, and delivery know-how across contracts
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A proactive, client-focused approach with a passion for quality
