At Emtec Fire Systems, we deliver high-quality fire protection and security solutions across the UK. We’re currently looking for an experienced Fire & Security Manager to join the team at our Head Office in Uddingston.
Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team, drive operational excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of projects and maintenance services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Fire & Security projects from design through to completion.
- Oversee maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
- Manage and support engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Work closely with clients to ensure excellent service delivery and satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets, cost control, and financial performance.
- Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met across all activities.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in Fire & Security, ideally within an M&E or specialist contractor environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of Fire Alarm, Intruder, Access Control, and CCTV systems.
- Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets/projects.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellence.
- Relevant industry qualifications (FIA training, SSSTS/SMSTS, etc.) desirable.
