That’s why we’re looking for a Planning Manager to help lead how our projects are planned, tracked and delivered across Scotland and beyond. • Leading the development of robust, fully linked project programmes
  • Setting clear baselines at project start-up and ensuring planning standards are met
  • Monitoring progress, identifying risks early, and keeping projects on track
  • Working closely with operational teams to keep programmes realistic and deliverable
  • Supporting project teams through regular meetings, updates and reporting
  • Sharing your knowledge, leading and guiding others involved in planning
  • Getting involved in bids and tenders, adding real value where it matters

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with a practical, delivery-focused mindset. You’ll likely have:

  • Experience as a Project Planner / Planning Manager within MEP or come from a Project / Contracts Manager background where you’ve owned and managed programmes
  • A solid understanding of planning methodologies and how they apply in live construction environments
  • Experience using Asta Powerproject (or similar)
  • Confidence working with teams across all levels of a project
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine interest in making projects succeed
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for innovation, problem solving and strategic decision making.

What's In It for You

  • Attractive Salary Package: Based on skills and experience
  • Generous Holidays: 33 days of holiday (inclusive of public holidays), increasing with length of service.
  • Holiday Purchase/Sell Scheme: Additional flexibility to suit your needs.
  • Contributory Pension Scheme: Secure your future with our contributory pension plan.

  • Development Opportunities: Excellent training and support for career growth.
  • Wellness Support: Access to our Employee Assistance Programme and wellness portal.
  • Exclusive Discounts: Benefit from our Employee Discounts Platform.

You’ll be joining a team that’s genuinely supportive, down-to-earth and focused on doing things properly with plenty of opportunity to grow as we continue to expand in the renewables space.
