As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our passionate team based at our HQ in Uddingston.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the delivery of civil works on energy infrastructure projects, including battery storage, substations, and renewables.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track, on time, and on budget.
- Oversee all site activities, ensuring HSEQ standards and CDM regulations are met.
- Coordinate and monitor street works activities.
- Carry out site audits and ensure regular progress reporting to key stakeholders.
- Develop project programmes, budgets, and risk registers.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and wider project teams.
- Support tendering and design stages with technical input and insight.
What You’ll Bring
- A strong background in civil engineering project management, ideally within the utilities or energy sector.
- Solid knowledge of groundworks, concrete, drainage, and enabling works.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
- HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (preferred).
- A full UK driving licence.
