The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our mobile team in the Bristol area. In this position, you'll provide essential maintenance services for our clients at their sites, with a company vehicle provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, repair and planned preventative maintenance of air conditioning systems.
- Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety procedures across all contracts.
- Collaborate effectively with the Contract Manager, Contract Administrator, Supervisor, Helpdesk and Engineers.
- Stay informed on industry standards and best practices to ensure systems remain compliant with current developments.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Prepare and provide quotations for repairs or as requested by the client.
What We Are Looking For
- Must have City and Guilds NVQ Diploma Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning as a minimum.
- Previous experience in maintenance, repair and installation of air conditioning units, including VRF units.
- Ability to perform manual tasks including manual handling, working at height and in confined spaces as well as willingness to participate in the on-call rota.
- Full UK Driving licence is essential.
- Self-motivated and solutions focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
