The Role: We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Gas Engineer to join our mobile team in the Birmingham area. In this position, you'll provide essential maintenance services for our clients at their sites, with a company vehicle provided.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Carrying out the installation, servicing, repair and planned preventative maintenance of commercial heating systems.
- Working closely with the Contract Manager, Supervisor, helpdesk and wider engineering team to deliver an excellent service.
- Building positive relationships with clients, providing a professional service at all times.
- Identifying repair requirements and preparing quotations when required.
- Keeping up to date with industry standards and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Participating in the on-call rota.
What we are looking for: We're looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer who takes pride in delivering a high standard of work and enjoys building strong relationships with clients ideally with experience in the Facilities sector.
You’ll have:
- Commercial Gas qualifications are essential for this role including as a minimum CCN1, CORT1, ICPN1, COCN1 and CDGAO1.
- A good understanding of planned and reactive maintenance within commercial environments.
- A Full UK driving licence.
- The ability to work safely at height, in confined spaces and carry out manual handling tasks.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
