Emtec Building Services is strengthening its pre-construction team as new projects mobilise and our secured pipeline of work continues to grow across the region. As part of this continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join our team. This is a key role where you will take ownership of mechanical estimating from early design and pre-construction through to tender submission. Working closely with pre-construction, commercial and delivery teams, you will produce accurate, competitive cost estimates, engage with the supply chain, and support the successful conversion of opportunities into live projects, playing an important part in shaping our expanding presence in the area.

The Role
As Mechanical Estimator, you will play a crucial role within our pre-construction team supporting business development and tender activity by preparing accurate, competitive, and well-considered electrical estimates that underpin successful project delivery and sustainable growth.
