Emtec Building Services North is strengthening its delivery leadership team as we mobilise new projects and build on a strong, secured pipeline of work across the region. As part of this continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join us in Newcastle. This is a key leadership role where you will take full ownership of electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover. You will be leading site teams, developing strong client relationships, and playing an active role in shaping our expanding presence in the North.
Emtec Building Services is a leading M&E contractor delivering end-to-end mechanical and electrical solutions across commercial, industrial, and public sector projects, from early design and pre-construction through to installation, commissioning, and ongoing support.
The Role
As Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of Electrical packages across a range of commercial construction projects, while supporting the development of your teams and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading site and project teams, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Managing project budgets, reporting, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Overseeing variations and change management processes.
