Emtec Building Services North is strengthening its pre-construction team as new projects mobilise and our secured pipeline of work continues to grow across the region. As part of this continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our Newcastle team. This is a key role where you will take ownership of electrical estimating from early design and pre-construction through to tender submission. Working closely with pre-construction, commercial and delivery teams, you will produce accurate, competitive cost estimates, engage with the supply chain, and support the successful conversion of opportunities into live projects, playing an important part in shaping our expanding presence in the North.
Emtec Building Services is a leading M&E contractor delivering end-to-end mechanical and electrical solutions across commercial, industrial, and public sector projects, from early design and pre-construction through to installation, commissioning, and ongoing support.
The Role
As Electrical Estimator, you will play a key role within our pre-construction team supporting business development and tender activity by preparing accurate, competitive, and well-considered electrical estimates that underpin successful project delivery and sustainable growth.
