This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit, supportive team where your input genuinely matters. You will be involved from the early stages of projects, helping shape competitive, commercially sound tenders across a range of property and construction works.

The Role

You will play a key part in securing new work and supporting project delivery by preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates and tender submissions ranging from multi trade packages to smaller self-delivered packages of works, which can be valued from £10K to £7M.

What you will be doing:

  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
  • Producing take-offs and pricing for labour, materials, and subcontract packages
  • Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes
  • Identifying risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
  • Supporting handovers to the delivery team once projects are secured
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from bid to build

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, costs, and contracts
  • Confident working with drawings and specifications
  • Good commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable communicating with internal teams, clients, and supply chain

What's In It for You

  • Attractive Salary: Based on skills and experience
  • Generous Holidays: 33 days of holiday (inclusive of public holidays), increasing with length of service
  • Holiday Purchase/Sell Scheme: Additional flexibility to suit your needs
