The Role

  • You’ll manage sprinkler projects end-to-end, working closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly from pre-start through to final handover.
  • You’ll have responsibility for programme, coordination, compliance and commercial performance, ensuring projects are delivered to the standards expected across the business.

What You’ll be doing

  • Taking full ownership of sprinkler projects from start to finish.
  • Driving programme and keeping projects on track.
  • Managing labour, materials and subcontractors across projects.
  • Protecting project margins and controlling cost-to-complete.
  • Reviewing designs and ensuring approvals are in place and coordinated before install starts.
  • Identifying variations and commercial risks early.
  • Leading client meetings and coordinating with wider project teams.
  • Ensuring works are delivered in line with BS EN 12845 and LPS 1048 standards.
  • Supporting testing, commissioning and final compliance documentation.
  • Building strong working relationships across projects and sites.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with proven experience managing sprinkler projects who understands both the technical and commercial side of delivery. You’ll ideally have:

  • Strong sprinkler project management experience.
  • Good understanding of sprinkler systems, standards and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working to BS EN 12845 and LPS 1048 standards.
  • Solid commercial awareness and understanding of project margins.
  • Confidence challenging programme, design and scope where needed.
  • A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to take ownership and make decisions confidently.
