Sauter UK, based in Glasgow with UK travel as required, is seeking an experienced UK Group HR Manager to shape and lead our people strategy across the Group. You will provide trusted HR guidance across the Group, support managers with people matters, lead key HR projects and help improve how we attract, develop, engage and retain our people.

A big focus of the role will be bringing greater consistency across our businesses, including aligning policies where appropriate.
