In your role as a Quantity Surveyor, you will be expected to provide support for all colleagues for the successful delivery of projects together with taking ownership and responsibility for the delivery and management of your own projects and tasks. Key responsibilities include following quality assurance processes, conducting site visits, managing multiple projects, and preparing cost estimates, Bills of Quantities, and cost planning in line with standards. You will also handle procurement advice, tenders, contract forms, interim valuations, and final accounts. Job Requirements: .
