The Maintenance Manager Purpose

As the Maintenance Manager you will be working within a manufacturing facility, maintaining production levels.

You will have full responsibility & full autonomy for the management of a team of Engineers and Subcontractors based across site.

The Maintenance Manager Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Planned & preventative maintenance.
• Day to day machine breakdown resolutions.
• Maintaining plant maintenance records.
• Manage a team of engineers and subcontractors.
• Staff Recruitment.
• Full autonomy to run the engineering department.
• Annual budget preparation including analysis of past and present performance data.
• Production management.
• Weekly KPI reports.
• Knowledge of metal pressings and mechanical/hydraulic presses would be advantageous.
