The Company: A very successful company providing sub-contract heat treatment, gear cutting and surface engineering of metal components to a wide range of customers. They have a great engineering management team in place and offer a brilliant working environment.
The Role: Working on furnaces, heat treatment, shot blasters, presses, lathes and CNC grinders/millers etc. Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance. Fault finding and diagnosis. Working on inverters and drives, PLCs etc. Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, maintenance manuals and parts catalogues. Identify and recommend improvements to production equipment and maintenance procedures.
