Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, uniting colleagues around shared goals. Drive continuous growth by coaching, training, and mentoring your team. Keep your team informed and engaged through clear, open communication. Empower your team with up-to-date product knowledge to meet customer needs confidently.
  • Operational Excellence: Uphold impeccable shop floor standards, ensuring stock presentation, ticketing, and organisation are on point every day. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, to ensure smooth workflows. Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike. Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.
  • Sales & Performance: Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.
  • Customer Experience: Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences. Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. Build connections within the local community, enhancing the store’s personal and welcoming atmosphere.
